Heirs Property is a common concern for African-American families in South Carolina.  We are fighting big developers to save our heirs' property on Hilton Head Island, SC.  The  4 Dennis Movement describes our STRUGGLE and explains why the 4Dennis Movement was started.

As our journey continues to maintain our heritage on Hilton Head Island, we will keep up the fight by remembering the importance of family and will work together more collectively as a unit. We have witnessed many families lose their property due to unethical land deals, high taxation, and corruption. It is our goal to not be included in that number but to set an example for other African-American families in the Low Country to follow."
